Welcome to Xperience

Xperience is a Stenden ICT project that enables you to purchase a laptop or macbook. The configuration is done by Stenden ICT Department and the TCI Groep. Xperience is a setup that will last for quite a number of years. The package includes a 3-year pick-up- en return support (at your home) for the hardware and within a timeframe of 8 hours.

In the sales window it is possible to purchase hardware (laptop, MacBook) via this site. Hardware is by the TCI Group in Assen. In addition, it is also possible to buy software via Surfspot. Surfspot offers the right software for either school, work or hobby at a low price.

Xperience is more than a shop. The ICT department will support the hardware you buy in this project in school. That means that manuals will be offered and that the purchase of hardware and compatibility will be taken into consideration. As an extra service to the Xperience users we will supply software-updates for your hardware or software online. All this will be offered via the Xperience website.

With regards to private hardware we expect you to install your own software. And here we will offer manuals and installation instructions via the Xperience website. Of course, you can always go to ICT & Media for tips and advice. We also aim to make the software, that we offer on behalf of Stenden, as customer friendly as possible.

The project is not about the cheapest hardware. We aim for durability and extensive hardware-support including complete guarantees, in such a way that you will not find anywhere else. On top of that, the TCI-Group provides an opportunity to lease, according to the NO RISK concept, a laptop or MacBook including an extensive on-site guarantee and insurance.

During the whole year Xperience will organise a sales window. In the coming years ICT will increase its service of the Xperience hardware. Naturally, new future special offers will be available for all Xperience users. Buying software via Xperience/Surfspot is not limited to the sales period and is possible at any time (go to http://www.surfspot.nl/).

Stenden will give every student or member of staff, who buys hardware via Xperience a welcome gift; a DVD with useful software, such a back-up program. Because it is important to make back-ups of your data we also give you an empty DVD. Also you will receive a free cover to protect your laptop or MacBook.
